When I was..

• forced to serve a blardee god damn annoying customer

I turned around and have a WTF face on me.

• not having the mood to speak to customer

I avoid having eye contacts with them.

• feeling the need to be harsh to the customer

I direct them to the phone and make them speak to customer service representatives

Work was so full of crap today, crap customers, *SLAP SLAP SLAP* on their faces, dumbass..urghh

There're a few reasons why I abandoned my blog for almost a month.

1. Parents visit for my graduation
2. Working for mad hours hence the weird sleeping pattern & wrong time management
3. Training
4. My Birthday
5. Work again

There's also this lil thing going through my mind nowadays when I am at home sitting in front of the computer, I call it the war between the rational and irrational, it irritates the shit out of me. It runs through my head and makes me wonder. I think I am just-so-easily-affected which makes me sound like I got no own stand. Grr..
